This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Autoscalr platform and services. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Autoscalr is designed for legitimate DevOps, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployment purposes. You may use the Service to:

• Generate infrastructure-as-code configurations for your projects
• Automate cloud infrastructure deployment on AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Configure scaling policies, monitoring, and networking for your applications
• Manage and version your infrastructure configurations

You must not use the Service to:

Illegal and Harmful Activities

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Generate infrastructure for illegal activities, including but not limited to cryptocurrency mining on unauthorized resources, hosting illegal content, or facilitating cyberattacks
• Deploy configurations designed to exploit, attack, or compromise third-party systems
• Facilitate money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes

Platform Abuse

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Security Violations

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts
• Conduct vulnerability scanning or penetration testing without written permission

• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use strong, unique passwords and enable multi-factor authentication when available
• Review and validate all AI-generated configurations before deployment
• Monitor your cloud infrastructure and manage associated costs responsibly
• Report any security vulnerabilities or policy violations promptly
• Ensure your use complies with your cloud provider's terms of service
• Maintain appropriate backups and disaster recovery procedures

• Do not create excessive or unnecessary infrastructure generation requests
• Respect API rate limits and fair usage guidelines
• Do not use the Service in a manner that degrades performance for other users

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor usage for compliance with this policy
• Investigate suspected violations
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on severity
• Report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities
• Remove or disable access to content that violates this policy

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it immediately.
